Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. In most cases, we can't change or cancel your order, but contact us by text at 408.484.7133 and we'll do our best to help.

How will I know if Crushed Culture received my order?

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation number and a confirmation email to confirm your order is being processed. If you don't receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, chat with us by tex 408.484.7133

Do you offer price adjustments?

Yes, we do. If a full-price item has been marked down within 7 days of your purchase, you may contact us, along with your receipt.  For a price adjustment. Please note that there will be no price adjustments given for sale items that are further discounted.

Can I order or ship Crushed Culture products outside of the United States?

Crushedculture.com  accepts orders with billing or shipping addresses outside of the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada, but we my not accept all international orders.

Returns

We want you to love your Crushed product, but we get that sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail to a provided address within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.

How to add a Promotion Code:
