    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return.
  • Are there any items that cannot be returned?
    Yes, certain items such as personalized products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Please check our return policy for more details.
  • What is the delivery time for orders?
    Our standard delivery time is 5-7 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.
  • How can identify Crushed Culture's original Clothes/art/patterns or designs?
    They are all identify with the word CRUSHED on the title or description.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. In most cases, we can't change or cancel your order.
  • Returns
    We want you to love your Crushed product, but we get that sometimes it doesn't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us by mail to a provided address within 30 days for a refund in your original form of payment. (Note: Items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories.)
  • Whole sale inquiries
    For wholesale inquiries contact us! Please note that not every item in our shop is available for whole sale! This type of request might take longer to be deliver than a regular order.
